Altec Lansing Vs Creative speakers

Wonder any of u guys out there using these 2 speakers?
Altec Lansing VS3151 & Creative Inspire T5900

Any comments on which speaker is better? in the aspects of gaming, movies & music

Thinking of getting a new sound system soon, but not sure on which of these to get..

The specs on these two sets are pretty equal and both companies make quality speakers, i've had the chance to play with the closely related altec lansing vs2121 and found it very powerful for such a small footprint and limited rms wattage. I haven't had a chance to check out any new creative inspires but it seems to me, altec lansing makes very balanced speakers with crisp bass while creative is a little muddier and logitech is a lot muddier, but that is just my personal reactions to their sounds. I must admit the creative T5900 has a very solid look to it. I am leaning towards the altec lansing vs3151, but if you need more bass (for parties) the creative is probably a better choice. Any way, you can't go wrong with these two sets.
