There isn't really anything I can change in the BIOS is there another way to get around this.
i have an Aptiva (http://www.pc.ibm.com/support?lang=en_US&doctype=Downloadable+files&subtype=All&page=brand&menu=model&brand=IBM+Aptiva&family=IBM+Aptiva%7CAptiva&machineType=IBM+Aptiva%7CAptiva%7C2158&model=IBM+Aptiva%7CAptiva%7C2158%7C270&subtype=All)

check on the motherboard if there aren't any jumpers (packs of them). Or use a software overclocking (softFSB, CPUFSB, ...). Try to find a diagram of your motherboard that tells what every jumper or connector is, and if you do, try to find the settings for anything.
I only got mine up to 450. minoukat has it right, just look at your mobo manual and look what jumpers do what!

open the case, on the motherboard should be printed instructions on how to set multiplier, look for 4.5x and find the jumpers you need to set to get it like that. if that works set it to 5x, 5.5x or 2x (it acts like 6x) but i boubt yo wil get over 100MHz increase

Jumpers are sort of small connectors that connect 2 pins together. Sorry, I don't have a pic of who they look, but they cover small pins, and connect 2 of them
