Hello

I'm Building a File Server that requires a decent amount of Processing power.

at the Moment it is looking like I'll be using a Xeon 2.8GHz the 2 Motherboards I am looking at are similar apart from the chipset

one is a 945P ( INTEL D945PSNLK ) the other is a 945G ( Intel D945GNTL) because the Price between the 2 is so close and me being out of the nitty gritty of chipsets since the 925XE, I don't know which I should choose.

basic specs will be
2 300Gb HDD's SATA
2 GB of DDR2 RAM, not sure if it will be 4 X 512 or 2 X 1024 yet
2.8Ghz Xeon
cheap-o PCI-E video Card
Gigabit LAN
Running Windows Small Business Server 2003

thanks for your input
