I ordered a Refurb Sapphire Radeon 9800Pro Ultimate 256MB card from them for $140.00 (not a bad deal). Well I didn't get to install it right away cause I was still building my system up. After I got it up and running it worked great for a couple days and then started artifacting BAD. Not sure why. I lowered clock speeds and tried to cool it more but nothin helped.
Anyway I called them because I was 3 days over my 15 day limit for refurbs. They didn't even hesitate and gave me an RMA. Gotta love that company.
Gonna put about $1500 into a new setup soon and I'm getting everything from them now. Even if some things are a little bit more there it's worth it for the great service you get from them.
