nice! 3deg C is very nice and with winter coming I say overclock more ;)
Nice I'd say its time to oc your 1.33.

v core is at 1.76 and room temp is about 17-19c usually, so its pretty chilly, but i like it when its colder so its cool

Does that usually happen with lapping?
well I think if the heatsink is very rough you can get a couple of degrees but not sure about a already nice surface maybe less.
When I got my 1.2 T-Bird I only had the stock hsf for a lil while. I was building my water rig... And I wanted to play with it and see how far I could get it O/C'd so I wanted to check the hs and make sure it was gettin good contact, so I lapped it.. After lapping it the temp dropped nearly 6-7 degrees C... So it can be a huge difference... But not always...
