HI, can someone show me a heatercore (radiators are too expensive) that will hold three 80mm fans.
Thank You

That's going to be tough to find...why 3 80mm's instead of 120mm's?

It will tough to find a radiator for 80mm fans Also 80mm fans won't be moving much air vs 120mm fans, plus they gonna be louder. You might be looking for a micro radiator like in the link http://www.frozencpu.com/ex-rad-23.html?id=fLRMQSsy but I don't know if you find a heatcore. There is always possiblity that you could take regular heatcore and make a shroud for 80mm fans

I wanted to do a Koolance style "box" on top of my case.

that can be done with 120mm fans just as easily on the majority of cases

On that note does anyone know of a dual 120mm fan heatercore, that is easily adaptable.

1977 Pontiac Bonneville heatercore (with a/c) (just needs a shroud) sticky on how to mod it is in the sticky section.

Personally, I wouldn't even consider modding an automotive heater core where welding/soldering is required. Too many places already sell them pre-modded to make it worth it for me since I do not own any equipment to do it myself, and I don't mind paying for that labor.

JB Weld is your friend really (it works well inplace of soldering/welding) only downside is it can be a bit messy and needs 24 hours to dry.

Also you could use nylon tie strips for quick assembly rather than welding and unless you used the stuff from dollar store the straps should hold well. Just slip the straps through the radiator fins and tie the fan(s) to the heater core but not so tightly that you bend the fins.
