If your card is using the original manufacturer's BIOS (in other words, it hasn't been flashed to a Nvidia reference BIOS), then more than likely sidebanding isn't supported. If you try to enable sidebanding using WPCREDIT, your PC will probably crash. Most of Nvidia's reference BIOS's enable sidebanding by default.
If you're Host Bridge is a KT133 (A)...
Sidebanding Enable is Register A9, Bit 1
Support Sideband Address is Register A5, Bit 1
If your board supports Fast Writes, you should find an entry in the BIOS where it can be enabled. If you don't find it in the BIOS, it's either not supported by the board or the BIOS version you're running.
Fast Writes Supported is Register A4, Bit 4
Fast Writes Enable is Register A8, Bit 2
There's an excellent guide to using Wpcredit and Wpcrset at Viahardware here...(under "Guides").

VIAhardware.com is a great source of info on WPCredit and WPCRset, both of which you will need. Read them carefully- both WPs are a pain to use and can be confusing!
Gotta be careful to use the correct .pcr file for your chipset- it's easy to set options that aren't really there! I just want to advise caution and research when it comes to the WPs. Pretty much any mistake will cause an instant crash, as soon as you set the variable incorrectly *poof!* computer crash.
It's so worth it though- I get huge gains from WPCredit tweaks!!
