P4P800-VM audio and LAN messed up

My Asus P4P800-VM has been messed up since i bought it.
The audio buzzes all the time, and just recently i noticed the integrated LAN lags down my hole network at random times. I shut off my computer and the internet runs fine for everybody else. Is my motherboard defective or do i have something messed up?
