Does anybody know the UPC for this x850xt?

I ordered this card (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814102512) from ZZF and I recieved it yesterday. But I take a look at the box and there is no UPC code on it. And I can't find it on the manual or anything else for that matter either. I need it to claim the $100 CrossFire ready rebate. I was wondering if any of you know the UPC code of this card or, if possible, you have the serial number and UPC of another x850xt, that will do to.

If its a retail box, its generally on the sides of the box (mostly on the bottom I think). Does this card qualify for the rebate? If so.. it would be cool cause I orgered a conect3d x850 xt pt.
