I have one fan in the front of my case blowing in, another in the back of my case blowing in, my cpu fan, my motherboard fan, my video card fan, and last an out take fan in one of my pci slots. So should I make one of my case fan blow out? Would that make more heat go out?

ahh yes, you need to put the one on the back of the case pointing OUT. you might want to get another intake on the side of the case blowing over the mobo and pci/agp slots and if you really want good air flow, put a blowhole on the top

What he said! The only thing I might change is the side fan: I've started ducting from the front of the case directly into the cpu fan and this seems even more effective, at least if the case is jammed in a desk or something.

the idea is to get even air flow and good temps, experiment with the fans, a fan in the back blowing in will give the cpu cold air but cold air coming in the bottem will not all reach the cpu
