Intel 845 chipset CAS latency tweaker?

I know there is a tweaker for the Intel 865/875 chipset to change the CAS latency on the fly.
There is such a tweaker for the old BX440 and sure there is a tweaker for the i815 as well.

Is there a tweaker to change CAS latency on the Intel 845 chipsets, on the fly?

I ask such a question since I have an old HP pavilion with a Trigem Glensdale board in it. It is i845 chipset with no options in the bios to change latency.
The clock generator cannot be changed on this board. Only hope is to change to CAS latency with software if all possible?

Check clockgen website below(first link) scroll down and you see intel 845 chipset.

Sorry dude, clockgen is only for increasing the FSB, and is unsupported by my motherboard. In fact the PLL does not work with any of those type programs.
The only hope I have got leaft is to tweak the CAS by some software. I have scanned high and low but haven't found nothing yet. Is there anything out there for 845 chipset?
