Spi32m stable not memtest stable?

I can rub 4x512 at 255fsb and the 5/4 divider 32m superpi stable so the memory is at 204fsb.If I try to run even 200fsb with or without the divider the same memory will give hundreds of errors in memtes #5.WTF.I can run 280 fsb memtest stable with some other memory I have that fails 32m superpi in the first minute.
 
Memtest works in mysterious ways. I get hundreds of passes on certain clocks in memtest and when I go into the windows I can't even get past 1MB in PI or any other stability tester.

Now I'm just using real life stablity tests like BF2 so if it doesn't crash after 1 hour of nonstop playing then I consider it stable :p
