KVM switching = lost mouse settings?

Every time I switch puters via kvm I lose my custom mouse settings until I reboot.
Does this happen to others?
Anyway to fix that from not happening or at least get them back without a reboot?

What no one has a kvm switch?
Or this doesn't happen to those that do?

I have no trouble with it. However If I have any computer running Linux that will happen, and sometimes with surprising results.

Thanks for the reply, but, not running Linux on any of the 4 computers.
