Problem with new built comp part 2

k now it starts, fan spins, cpu spins, but when its time for the graph card to spin my comp shuts down. Post code stays at 9.4 (de assertion). Tried taking the graph card out same thing happens post code starts then stops at 9.4 and the comp just turns off. Any ideas?

psu: 520 ocx powerstream
mobo: a8n ultra
graph:7800gtx
ram: ocx gamer gold 2-2-2-5 *dual channel, 1 gig*

any help?

Have you tried using a different graphics card? what cpu are you using?

amd64 4200 x2, didnt try using another graph card but I doubt its the prob, considering the same thing happens when I take it out.

Does the Asus shipping BIOS support dual-core chips?

Well obviously, it won't work... Try reseating the CPU and make sure all your CPU heatsinks and everything are seated correctly.
