Fitting socket 775 heatsink on S939

Like the title says.

Has anyone done this before? This might be problematic since the S939 has clipping thingies while the s775 has screws... Just wondering if there's a guide anywhere before I'll start playing with it.

EDIT:

Basically, I have the legs which are connected to the screws off the s775 heatsink. http://www.ixbt.com/mainboard/foxconn/865pe7af-8eks/865pe7af-8eks-board.jpg , see the extentions from the cpu slot to the screw holes? So I have a heatsink which doesnt have the s775 extention legs, and I'm planning to somehow try and fit it on this:
