BOINC working on user-supplied IDs and passwords

We are redesigning BOINC to use a user-supplied identifier and password instead of a system-supplied random key for identifying an account. Comments on the design are welcome.

Great news there. Eventually we'll no longer need to have that huge string of numbers and letters to setup our BOINC account.

A vast improvement. Now if I need to check my stats (after cleaning my cookies) I need to browse in my email account for the SETI project number. This will be less bothersome :D
