well its simple really i have an epox 8k7a+ and the processors unlocked i was curious on what i should up to get me a faster speed on win 2k i was playing around with the fsb newbie overclocker :) now i was watching my temp with vcool i only changed it to 135 :) scaried :) temp didnt move of course
but my questions are this
what should i play around with...fsb multiplier etc..
at what temp range should i back off at
what is the best temp monitor motherboard-monitor?
i have a tornado 3 sitting on the proc
35 at idle at -5min in seti it hits 50 according to vcool

Welcome to the Forums
1. Try adjusting the fsb and the multiplier, but only increase one at a time. You should be able to increase the multiplier to at least 11.5 possiably higher. The limit on your fsb comes down to memory mainly.
2/4 You temps are a bit high at the moment, try adding a case fan or 2. When overclocking my 1.4 i tried and keep it below 45c when it was running at 1.6
3. I use MBM5 which i find handing, as I have it running in the system tray.
But keep an eye on those temps and have fun overclocking that chip. :D

50 is a bit too high. Your going to notice a maybe 6-8 degree increase once you increase the voltage which is necessary to keep your sys stable at higher overclocks.
Just keep in mind that the higher the fsb, the better. For example, running a CPU at 105 x 11 is worse then running it at 115 x 10 even though you had a lost of 5 Mhz
My 1.4 seems rock solid at 11x146 (1606).
I am still setting the voltage at 1.75V (bios) although MBM reports 1.81V. Cpuz reports 1.754V.
Anyhow, at the moment (~20C ambient) CPU is at 26C with Vcool running. Continuous burn-in under Sandra raises temp to 48C.
Nothing to worry about AFAIK.
And with only one case fan and a slowish CPU fan (5000rpm) the noise is kept to a minimum.

i cant find anything inside my bios other than FSB do i need to unlock? also i am running hot i went to 135 just to see : seti set me up to 53 load so im staying at 133 just to be safe im ordering the swiftech mc462 i read reviews sounds really good. i saw the water cooler from swiftech for 135 is it good? im just thinking about putting to BIG ass fans into the case the stock fan is small
it is {x}{x} size fan and uses p.s to pull out heat
here is a post for my case tell me if u see any easy mods

Don't get the Swiftech. Its way to xpensove and doesn't work as well. Get yourself a DangerDen waterblock http://www.dangerden.com

There should be a jumper setting on your mobo to change the multiplier, check your manual.
