Dimensions

I am wanting to create a water block for my p4, but i cannot find any dimensions on the mounting holes to attach it to the motherboard. I am using the following componets

P4 530 @ 3.0 ghz Socket 775
Albatron PX915P moterboard
Powercolor X600Xt video card
$69 dollar no name case (mid tower)

I need the mounting screw dimensions (from the center of the cpu out and the spacing between each other). I would also like to know the same for the video card.
