These come with them:
BFG, Aopen, Leadtek, eVGA, MSI, and Asus I am sure of. There may be others, but I can't confirm if they do or don't have them.

Looking at the pics on NEWEGG (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814150091) it doesn't look like it comes with one.
