I need to buy some ram, and this time I want it to be a high quality ram, since I wanna overclock without probs. I was thinking on buying it at Crucial, lots of people say its good mem at low prices, is this true??? is it just enough good quality for the price??? Or do u have any other suggestions of good ram???

Crucial.. never heard anything bad about it so it must be good :)

also..
Kingston
Infinion.

there are probably some memory benches/comparisons on the net too.

and the RAM anandtech/tomshardware uses for testing can't be all bad either.

yes crucial is good, at low prices...but instead of ordering offline jsut to save a couple of bucks...I jsut go to the store and buy some micron ram...basicly the same thing...crucial is a division of micron.....

Crucil is a division of Micron yes, however, Crucial is better then Micron, Crucial is put to a higher level of testing to pass, all chips that don't pass for Crucial become Micron(so long as they pass micron test, else the become crap probably sold off to noname company's) I use crucial and have never had a problem with it, was running crucial pc100 cl=3 @ 150 2-2-2 and not one error. IMO Crucial is the best and worth the extra $2-$3. They had free shipping the last several months, don't know if they still do or not.

Crucial is good, but if you intend to go to a high FSB - say 150 and up then you might want to get ram that has been tested for overclocking. Corsair hand picks the best Micron chips, and Mushkin also has hand picked modules. I've never had any problems with Crucial sticks, but the majority of sticks I've had would not go past 145 cas2.

Mushkin is great ram, especially if you have an Intel where you need a high FSB since you can't adjust the multiplier.
