important DDR RAM question

My own experience here: if you buy a 64 MB chip DIMM and then a 128 MB and then a 256 Mb (BTW at about the same price with 6 months difference) and all from different brands, you can't really expect all of them to oc the same. If you are using them at stock speed with the less agressive timings you can handle it.

From what I have read, DDR are more picky about running with other modules. If you really are shopping your first module, grab two at the sme time. Nowadays the absolute minimum should be 512 MB (2 sticks of 256 MB) :)
