ATI TvWONDER Anyone?

I have the tv wonder running on a asus cuv-4x mobo, with a Radeon VE Dual head vid card.... 512 mb of ram... and i follow the instructions EXACTLY on installing the Tv tuner card.... and when i try to install the Multimedia center software... the computer freezes and the screen goes black....

Anyone know why this might be happening?

Try different software. That might solve your problem. Or you might be installing the wrong software for your os/card.

Is there a BIOS update for the CUV4X-E??? I loaded the one from the web site and it says its older than the one I have.....

I have the right software for my OS.... ME.... and I wsa on the phone witht ech support for an hour... and we tried everything..... not loading anything at startup.... trying the setup in safe mode..... screen resolution.... BIOS update..... they said they have never heard of this problem.
