i've noticed that in cscs more and more people have really cool looking names. they have symbols and diffrent letters from what i think are diff languages. does anyone know how to change your name like that? anyone have any links to tutorials? i did a search but i couldnt find anything.

Try Programs->Accessories->System Tools->Character map? Lots of cool chars in there :)

Seriously i really doubt having "weird caracters" in your name makes it "cool". In my own humble opinion, it only make you look like some 1337 n00bz0r haXxX0r.

Anyway, you can probably google some nice ascii table to get all possible caracters from. Seems 100% useless to me but yeah... It's you playing, do what you want.

Click on them and they appear in the box. Then highlight them and do Ctrl-C to copy them. Then paste them into your name using Ctrl-V.

I dont think CS supports anything but standard symbols.

There are certain ASCII keyboard codes that it'll accept, but not many. Press and hold Alt and then hit a 3 number combination on the numberpad and keep doin it till somethin shows up. ┬ = ALT+194. ├ = ALT+195.
