256MB Crucial PC-133 Cas2-2-2

256MB Kingmax PC-150 Cas 3-3-2

256MB MemMan w/Infineon Chips tested CAS2 PC-133MHz SDRAM Tested over 150MHz

256MB MemMan w/Micron True CAS 2. PC-133Mhz SDRAM Tested over 150MHz

OCZ ICE 150 256 MB guaranteed to do 150mhz bus CAS 2-2-2

Which one do you all think will do 150mhz bus CAS 2-2-2. I read that the kingmax have been hitting cas 2 sometimes. I want the OCZ ICE but they have a poor reseller rating and I heard that they sell stuff that won't do the rating they sell it at.
People say that Crucial is very good and have free shipping.

Any opinions would be great.TIA!:D

i would personally choose Crucial as I used to have PC133 that would do 140 FSB without any problems and when you consider the price it is indeed very good ram

Although I have OCZ pc150 ram and am satisfied as it does 150@cas2 no problem at all, I highly recommend MEMman ram as they have excellent customer support and stand behind thier products....Mushkin makes a decent product as does crucial....Its a good time to buy ram as its dang cheap compared to not to long ago when it was like a buck a MHz.
