I'm getting a new mother board (P5WD2 Premium) and I was woundering if you could recomend a PSU for this mobo. I don't need it to be shiny and blinking. Just fairly quiet. I would like to not have it cost TOO much. Thanks!
Standard reccomendations would be the fortron 500w found at www.ewiz.com Wecome to the forums.

Thanks! is it the AX500-A Blue Storm Power Supply? Looks preaty good.! :)
Edit: I looked at some reviews and some say its a lil bit noisy. Is this true? If so is it TOO bad?
It's quiet I have it in my sig, right now the only thing I can hear is the stock heatsink/fan that came with my cpu.

GPU- Not sure yet... could someone recomend an ok one (not too expensive)
Psu- Fortron 500W Blue Storm?

Whats ur budget for the pc?
a decent card is the 6600 GT. Midrange, only 200 bucks in canada.
That PSU will support all your components no problem. The OCZ Powerstream and Antec Truepower are good as well. Each 500W versions.

I'm thinking maybe about $600-800. If it would be $800 or more I'd have to wait a little longer to make that money but thats fine too. I'll look into the video card. Thanks. Also, have any of you tried the AEROCOOL 550W? Its a bit cheaper but if its less stable or noisier then the Blue Storm then i'll buy the Blue Storm.
Edit: P.S. CANADA ROCKS! I'm from Vancouver too!

What review said the Blue Storm was noisy? That's the last thing that comes to mind when I think of that model.

Vancouver does rock, but it's been way too long since I've been there :(
Back to the topic, the Aerocool isn't half the PSU the Fortron is. The Seasonic S12 500w is every bit as good however, and quieter. Grab either one from NCIX and enjoy.
