Where can i see them on my IC7? all i have right now is System, Processor, Power/Aux. This is from MBM5.

so the system temp is close to what the nb temp is?

Maybe the AI7 MB is different since my System temperature never goes higher then 33C, but the NB heatsink definitely feels warm-hot. So I've been measuring it with an infrared thermometer, which consistently shows load temperatures of 52-55C. On that board the System sensor must be somewhere that's not as thermally sensitive to loads.

That's correct, the system temp is not true N/B chip temp, but it's the closest thing we have. While not an accurate N/B temp, it will at least give you an idea of what's going on. I have improved N/B cooling on several Abit mobos and when I do, the system temp always goes down.
