Orders cancelled within 3 days are subject to a 3.5% processing cancellation fee. All orders cancelled after 3 days are subject to 15% restocking fee.

I don't like this policy regarding the 3.5% cancellation fee/ 15% cancellation fee, let's say the item is backordered, you will be forced to pay them 3.5% or 15% which is absurd. I also noticed their domain name expired and they were rushed to renew it. Imho, this shows they are not on the ball.
