did i miss this somewhere but how do i tell what week my processor was made. heres the codes.

Doesn't the week mean how many weeks it's been running at the stated speed and stable?

nope its for manufacturer week.

i'm thinking week 23. anyone know for sure?

Haha, I remember all of that stuff, from my first Pentium overclocks...when I was trying to find the proper date for a multiplier-unlocked 166 mmx chip.

Anyway, the Q is the plant code (malaysia?), the "1" is the year of manfacture, and the next two digits are the week. So your CPU is week 27. The last 4 digits are the lot number, I think. I forgot about the *ENDING* last 4 digits though.


That a P3 1 ghz/100? I thought it was a 133, but then I noticed " SL5QV" instead of SL5DV.
