I have a celly 600 cC0, had this verry same chip running @ 1054 117 X 9 Vcc @ 1.9 100% stable for 6 months, last month it wouldn't boot so I took the FSB down to 111 giving me 1ghx even, this ran fine for 3 days, wouldn't boot again, O.K now I am getting concerned, anyhow I took the FSB down yet again this time 105 for 945, it will boot but not stable, anything past 103 is unstable, my first thought was I burnt my ram up(Micron pc133 3-3-3 @ 154 2-2-2) I can see whear this was a deffenate possability so I ordered 256 Crucial 133 2-2-2 hopeing this would solve my problem. Wrong not that next thoughts NIC(Generic) or sound card(SBL 5.1). Took them out, same old problem exept no sound or net lol. any ideas on what the problem could be. the rest of my sys is
prophet2 GF2 400 200/200 even lowered to default same problem.
Abit VH6-II samsung 8.5g Hdd(have an IBM 60gpx in the mail) figured if this was the problem I would have had corrupt files before no boot.
changed timeings to 3-3-3 and no effect(aside from lower scores in sandra)

I have found that next to RAM the power supply is the greatest cause of unstable systems.
Check your PS, I have had 3 die lately...
Have you had any temp probs with the chipset on the MB?
Just a few thoughts...

sorry for the incomplete info, temps are stable @ 29c/38c full load and PSU is a 3 month old enermax 350w, I was running a generic 300 before and thought that might be what was stopping me from hitting the magic 124 FSB, so I replaced it with the enermax.

dust in heatsink?

temps are good, no dust, I use a filter on top and just cleaned it the other day.

one more detail, default Vcc is 1.7 @ 600 66X9 i run stable @ Vcc 1.65 100X9, even if I jack the Vcc up to 1.9 I still have the same problems (and even more then I have to contend with heat 36c/45cfull load @ 1.9 Vcc) so I run @ 1.65 verry stable @ 100 FSB.

Were your temps the same before the instablility? I use the same mobo but with a different CPU. Upper 30's C is where I start getting a little flakey. (I love fall/winter... 29C right now :D)
Don't know if you've changed the stock NB cooling, but that *might help. Also, have you tried bumping the voltage up or down? I'm looking for something besides cooling, but having trouble. :)

temps were the same before 28c-29c idle and 35c-38c full load, belive it or not I am using a Gorb(generic one @ that). which brings me to my next question, I broke the socket when putting the gorb on, I riged it up with some 16g wire and a few screws, this was one year ago so I know that is not the problem. Anyhow does anybody know if a dragon orbe will fit on a socket 370, I noticed it used the clips on the sides for securing to the mobo, I still have toes( untill I braek them to lol ). see pic below for info. Also I am thinking it may be my vid card, the only thing I havn't checked (don't know how) north and south bridge both have fans on them, cute little mod I did for the smaller southie(used my dremel on a old north to make it fit my south and ducted a little 20mm fan on it.hehe

I hate to beat a dead horse, but I'd go with a different HSF. I've not read anything good in these forums about the orbs. They look nice, but the posts say they're not much better than an Intel HSF. Check out the Cooling section for more info. A better heatsink would probably do wonders for your temps and stability.

temps are good and stability was fine untill last month I don't think HSF is the issue, my voltage is below default 1.7 @ 1.65 and was verry stable @ 117 FSB now even if I bring the voltage up temps are O.K stability is still an issue.
