Cannot display this Video Mode in bios?? What to reinstall?

I cant figure out what happened because for some reason my vid card doesnt show the bootscreen or the post but it all happens. It just displays ^^ that message on my screen. Any ideas on what I should do first? I don't really feel like reinstalling a bunch of different things if it could be one simple thing to reinstall. Thanks guys!

nm figured it out.

What was the problem in the end?

All it was was I had the Svideo cable from the video card to my TV plugged in. So, I just unplugged it and everything came back up.
