CS Clans

Everywhere you look in CS someone is in a Clan, half of those clans dont even have matches or anything. Plus a good portion of them arent that good at the game (not to say that I am good), and they will always try and recruit the highest players. Like today i was 50 and 10 thanks to my awp skills, and like 2 guys were all want to join my clan, I said no.

Well i notice that also, but the clan i am in with OpenFriday and WIldone is a good clan, no cheating and AWP is not allowed in the clan or server as it is too strong to use.

well its fair if like everyone else is wall hacking and using aim bots. Otherwise I go mp5 or Colt.

You dont have to be good to be in a clan. I have been in the same clan for 3 years now. We're good at the games we play, but that doesn't matter. We're a family now and the games really no longer matter...

As for the AWP. Us it, and use it wisely young Jedi. For it is the way.

Of course it's too powerful it's a sniper rifle!

And yes it is cheap. For those dumb enough to stick their heads up or their butts out.

Umm...I have to say that AWP and AWM are in the game to be played with not moaned about - I used to hate AWP/AWM but now it's the weapon that kills me the least - u just need different tactics yo overcome an AWP'er.

And oh.. I can't use AWP/AWM at all LOL Im all colt/ak47 :D :D :D

heh, i'm a 90% militia guy lately, and being ct here recently i found our whole team was being mowed down at long range by 2 or 3 awpers (2 good ones, and one guy who was sure trying). well, there's ways to counter that.

1) smoke

2) flashes

3) TMP

hahaha, i went on a 19-1 kill streak using only my tmp, usp, smoke and flashes. the awper's were screaming cheat cause i would just rush as fast as i could and flash/smoke to get close and mow them down.

gotta love tmp and massive sized headshot box.

oh, and i dont think the awp is cheap, you're SEVERELY hampered at close range, as well as taking forever to rechamber and cant dodge worth squat with it in hand. i'll take a scout anyday over an awp in a 1 on 1 situation. heck, i now only use the scout, tmp, mac10 and pistols pretty much anymore.

there are ways to get around an awper. and when you kill them, it makes you feel sooooooo good that you just owned them and made them lose 5650 bucks (more if they bought pistol, ammo, or nades). i'd have to say that's the most satisfying reward in CS lately, killing an awper.

and yes, i can awp pretty well, i just dont choose to as i prefer a challenge.
