Ok I was working on making an avatar, and I wanted to pull a scene out of a movie... Yes I own it, and Ive also d/l'ed just cuz I didnt wanna bother rippin it...

But the question is.. How can I pull frames out of the movie? The part I want is way late in the movie and I try to open it with Ulead and It freezes after so many frames being opened. Same number every time... 1163 (frame # that is). Now is there a way to open it up further into the movie? Or? How is it done? Lil help here please! :D

Thanks

Generally, home PC video editors can't handle a large number of frames. You will need to rip the particular section you want from the DVD. I have never used a clip in excess of 4 Megs, and that was 500 frames in GIF animator 5........

well i would just hit printscreen and then paste it (ctrl v) into an image editor (ex: MSPAINT ADOBE Photoshop)
