low FPS prob

http://3baldesigns.com/cpuz.htm here are my system specs.. i play guild wars and quake 3 arena, and call of duty.. lowest settings even.. and i still chop.. i'll be in the game atleast 5 min it will run very smooth.. then after that.. chop city.. on a 256 meg card.. radeon x850, and on a x800 and on a nvidia card.. i don't understand.. someone please help.. email me incognito1219@hotmail.com

That PC with any x800 video card should play any moden game well. What's your 3dmark 03 score? That may give us a clue of overall performance.

Do you have any background proccess running by chance? Maybe something else your running is hogging resources?

ehh i checked the processes.. i did a fresh reformat.. so nothings running that i don't know of..

and of course the benchmark is going to score low lol.. i can't even run a game made in 1999.
