Well, er.... I think you answered your own question: wait for the pelt.
BTW, do you have a fan or 2 on that radiator?

if you have a inline pump then get rid of the resovor, this means there is alto less water amd more of it is being cooled at one time. add good antifreeze (it contains water weter)

add a good 120mm fan to the radiator, that should help a bit.

Don't use antifreeze, use water wetter. (I'm pretty sure that antifreeze conducts heat worse than water...it has chemicals in it too)
What sort of design is your water block?
How thick is your tubing?
What is the G/H on your pump?
Did you lap the block and use AS2?
What's your ambient temp?

Weird, those are really high temps for regular water cooling
BTW, Antifreeze does hurt the water, but I think it's better then using nothing thanks to the decrease in corrosion (read the article on http://www.octools.com about water cooling)
Make sure that your fans cover the entire rad
make sure the water block is securely clamped over the chip

you may make sure you dont have air in your lines
That temp is way too high for water cooling. I am running a dangerdan Mase2 water block and a car heater core with a res. My temps after gaming never goes about 35 C. I sit around 30-32 for web surfing. I spent a lot of time lapping my water clock to 1500 Grit and used Artic Silver. I do have a 120 mm fan on my rad but the air coming of it is not even warm. I would start with lapping your block and then mounting it with lots of pressure on the CPU.....Careful not enough and you cook your CPU too much and you break the die!! Work on your setup a little bit more and you will drop 10C without much effort.
to answer some questions:
What sort of design is your water block? cross drilled
How thick is your tubing? 3/8th inch
What is the G/H on your pump? 600Litres per hour
Did you lap the block and use AS2? a mate milled it and lapped it but there was no differance from befor or after he did such a good job!
What's your ambient temp? current temps are : 19 ambient / 26 mobo / 45CPU
this is with the side of the case off!
the pump is submersible!
1 80mm fan on top of radiator sucking up and 1 80mm fan blowing up from bottom. there is bout a 2cm gap on both sides of each fan where there is nothing on the radiator! i am thinking bout making a water chiller! just gotta get dad to give me his CC to buy a pelt!!!
thanx 4 u help

Make sure your block is flat on the processor....And try moving the fans around on the radiator. It sounds dumb, but moving around fans can help temps a lot. Where is your radiator at? Do you possibly have a picture of this setup? Those temperatures are way too high for watercooling...my CPU stays around 35 or so (and with that low of an ambient, you should be able to get under 30 easily).
i hope to get some pics of my setup soon! just need to goto a mates to borrow his dig camera!

its currently running at 19amb/23mobo/40CPU
ive just orderd a pelt and ill make a water chiller! so then i probly wont need a radiator!
ive reset the water block 3 times now with the same results!
