if you have the ram (if not ask) look on the back side(no label) and if there are 8 silver pins(circuits) right below heatsink and above gold teeth then it is TCCD. This is spaced irregularly across. At least this is what I know for 512 TCCD (2.6v and silver pins).
But if it is at 2-2-2-5, then it should be a good ram and the description says can be upgraded %38=DDR533+
