Which RAM?

I need some help comparing these two rams. My pc only allows ddr2 400 ram, so I can't go any higher.


I was thinking about getting this ValueRam, since I had great experience with it when I bought it in a 184 pin pc2100 version:

Also, What's a Heat Spreader?

The Kingston Value ram is good.I would buy it A heatspreader is like an alluminum sleave that covers the ram modules to spread the heat so the ram will run cooler.

Anyone else care to put their input on here? Any help would be great.
