Hi i just got my leadtek 6800gt runing on 7800gtx speeds and with air at that. I was wondering with the specs i have in my pro would i get a better score then 10,562? My score with a lower clock got me a score of 12,097 and this is stumping me. My cpu score is for some reason down lower then before. my top temp for the card was 58c right out of the bench so i doubt its a heat issue is there anything else i can do to get a higher score besides going to a better cpu and water cooling? oh yeah and hears a linky to my top score with a normal oc and my score with major oc

You maybe are CPU Limited, but that score does sound low. Have you tried reinstalling drivers / defrag? The reason your getting a lower score from higher clocks is because its throttling, try to solve the heat issues by getting a different cooler if possible. Or, just lower the clocks 2 or 3mhz at a time until it dosn't throttle and give you a decent score. Look at the 3D section for some tweaks if you havn't already, GL on getting 13k, it wont be easy with an XP IMO, GL.
Your CPU limited. That Athlon XP won't get you what you need. I can score about 14k with my 6800GT @ 430/1150 and my 3700+ San Deigo.

lol ok so my computer is at its last breath then lol would an athlon xp 3200 work any better then an 2600 or would an athlon 64 be better? I know the atlon 64's are 64 bit and the reg athlon xps are 32 bit i know i can get my hands on a free 3200 the only thing is would i get a better score with a 32 bit 3200 athlon xp or would an 64 bit athlon 3200 be better even though very few progs even use 64 bits right now

An A64 is hands down better than an XP. Yes, a 3200+ would be better than a 2600+ if you got higher clock speeds.
