If I have some RAM that's faulty, and has no receipt, would I have to ship the RAM overseas to the factory in order to get them RMA'd?

nah. some g.skills which i bought in australia, and was careless enough to have thrown away the receipt

You should start a thread at XS or PM onepagebook or kakaroto at XS. They will see your post quickly there. I know with OCZ you do not need a receipt, but I'm not sure about GSkill, I haven't RMAed there before.

I've rma'd Crucial and Corsair without a receipt, even though the policy of both is to have a receipt. Email G.Skill customer support and ask them, or better yet, phone them.
