XFX cards and video out problems.

i have an xfx6800gt with duel DVI and s-video outputs. i couldnt get an output to my tv. so i emailed xfx and got a return to my question. you have to have your monitor plugged into the dvi socket on the other side of the card to the s-video connection. i know i should have checked this anyway, but never mind. works fine now, and excellent customer service from xfx......

hang on, do you mean to get a picture onto your tv, you have to have a dual screen setup?

no, just that if ur card has 2 dvi sockets on it, you will not be able to have a duel screen setup(monitor and tv, duel view or clone) unless your monitor is plugged into the dvi on the other side of the card to the s-video socket.
