RAM test program?

Does anyone know of a way to test ram, without contstanly swapping it out? Like some program that fires some data to your DIMM slots, and tests the stick of ram plugged into it? One of my friends needs one, and I wouldn't mind having one myself.

Docmemory I believe might be something you are looking for. Not exactly sure how to use it or how it works. But give it a shot. I'm not very bright so lots of things confuse me.
