If moneys no object then the Swiftech MC462A is a great choice, but be sure it will fit on your board first.
If you want a pretty quiet cooler then the glaciator is a great choice as well, it's a tad heavy so you may want to consider a shim on your tbird, and if you can tolerate a noisy fan then the sk6 with a delta is a good choice.
I would personally go for a glaciator though as I can't stand noise and it's not too expensive and should fit your board no problem.

Your +5.00 Rail is a tad low, don't you think?

Radeon1J,
Welcome to the forums, here is a great comparison of 46 air cooled heatsinks, I hope it helps as it appears you need to get a decent heatsink as your temps are a tad on the high side.

i'll toss my bag of cookies in on that new Vantec.
that thing is a TANK and it's cheap. GREAT temps.
SK6 is second on my list.
Check out the new hedge hog with 2 delta 38's

I think this thing is awesome, the biggest thing that I like is that it stops the dead spot "the center of the fan where no air gets blown" and thats exactly where you chip is located.
just my $.02
You're using Asus Probe aren't you? Lose it. Go w/ Motherboard Monitor. Its about the best there is.
I'm usingt a vantec cck 6027d at the moment and it's almost exactly as good as a glaciator (I think they are about the same but I'm gonna comapre them when I get time) except it's lighter, but the fan (a 30cfm delta) is louder than the fan on the glaciator and also the clip is a pain to install, the heatsink needs an edge rounding like on the Globalwin WBK because it takes to much fiddling to hook the clip on, and I'm using a slocket that I can remove from my system. Also the copper coloured coating on the aluminium shroud has started peeling on one place of it, this may not be a problem unless it's conductive in which case I would be tempted to remove the coating first somehow

all my links to it seem to be dead now for some reason but its a combination radiator/heatsink often referred to as the Zen heatsink i think. anyhow, it's outa japan...

any thoughts on the alpha 8045.. it cools better than the sk6 and bolts through the mainboard so u don't have to worry about jarring it loose when transporting your machine to and from lan parties. I love to see the H20 guys move there stuff. LOL>.
