Hey does anyone else remember a powerpoint presentation Sid Meyers did about RTS games (during the course of the development of the next Civ game) as a genre? I rememer it referenced AOE a couple of times, and I'd like to refresh up on that presentation before I see the demo released... :)

i read the article yesterday but i cant remember/find the info, when is the demo comming out? / or is it?

They say its ready but....
For now all we can do is wait for the publisher to get its marketing socks on to release the demo

i liked the older age of empires games when they were released and i would like to see how this game is going to turn out. from the images i saw, you can build like pretty huge cities and stuff and then wage war. i love games where you can focus on BOTH city building and military....gives a good variety.
