I moved my computer 5 inches away from my desk, took off one side panel, added an out-take fan. Put a mini fan at the front of my comp in that gap between the case and the desk, and turned it on. SO NICE, my computer is cold to 43*C and its not even that loud, or maybe i am just used to the noise.
