I ordered a memory stick from them, but I got too impatatient with the wait time. (They said it would take 2 days to ship, I waited 7) I sent them off an email that just asked how do I cancel an order because I couldn't find the form on their web page. Their representive canceled my order for me and sent back an explanation that they didn't expect the demand would be so high. They did this in under a day.

Sure I didn't get the item, but anytime I have a good refund experiance I feel like I should report it because, after all, the company didn't get any money out of me, but they still were very helpful anyways. I got a 100% refund.
