Do you have a server? Dynamic or static IP#? Fire wall?

The advice you need depends on all of that.

I dont have a server. I do have some minimal webspace, nothing with the bandwidth to sustain anything tho.

I have a dynampic IP, on DSL, and have a router with a firewall and the windows firewall.
