i will be building a computer with probably only 1x 120mm fan, zalman cnps7000cu, zalman passive heatsink, p4 socket 478 1.7ghz northwood, 512 of generic PC3200 RAM, 60gb IDE hard drive, dvd-rom and a cd-rw. it will also have a PNY FX5200. This whole computer will cost less then 100 dollars(fx5200 got for $15, zalman vga cooler, some cheap case). I think i will go with a sonata. this computer will be for my mom. i'm looking for a good powersupply to go with this. i was looking at a 250w sparkle psu and i was wondering whether it could handle what i'm running.

I think it's enough, specially being a sparkle and not just a generic. I used to run a 2200+ oced, 9800pro, 512mb ram, one optical and one HDD on a generic 350w.
