Networking Help

I recently got my laptop (Thinkpad R51) from college. I know have it networked wirelessly (through a D-Link 624) to my home network. However, I can not share files between my laptop and my home computer. Both are running XP Pro (the home computer doesn't have SP2). The home computer is on a workgroup, and the laptop is on a domain (it has to be on a domain in order for me to log in, as my user account belongs to that domain).

So the question is, how do I share files between these computers? I've even tried using a wired connection with the laptop, but it makes no difference.

Please help.

Install Service pack 2.

File sharing is off by default. Use the Network Setup Wizard. When you are on the same subnet too.
