i have 3 120 mm holes on the side panel of computer case as the following

* *

If you are in this situation, how can you put 3 120 mm fans to achieve the BEST air flow?

I want to know how you do it

Thanks

I don't see how you have a choice if the holes are already cut out. Genarally alway suck in cool air at the bottom and blow out the top on the opposite side.

Maybe I'm not getting something here.

Most of the time you do want to suck in at the bottom and blow at the top but with the way yours looks, you should intake on the top left and bottom and exaust at the top right.

I say this because if you exaust over your HSF, you'll be taking the fresh air away from it.
If you wanted to turn your fan around on the HS. You would have to make sure you had alot of fresh air in your case to suck through the fins of your HS.

The ideal thing would be to put some blow holes in the top of your case. and increase your intake from the front of the case.

well thats my extended $.02;)

well id do it this way

bottom - YS TECH FD1212387B-2R 131 cfm 3pin

top - Sunon KD1212PMB1 108 cfm 4pin

4 fan guards 120mm - 2 for thetop front and 2 for the bottom fan
both sides

(sure sucks to reach inside and lose a nub)

im guessing you also have a 80mm on the back

Sunon KD1208PTB1-6 42 cfm 4pin

that will regulate teh airflow so you dont have a buildup inside the case of excess air and provide better cooling

What HSF are you using, on the CPU?

what is HS and HSF ?

This stands for "Heat Sink/Fan"
*The metal cooler with a fan on it.
(Located on top your CPU)

---------------------------------------------------

Those temps are pretty good.
32C Load?!? :eek:

Computer temp: idle 28 c...................normal operation 29c..............extremely operation 30c

Processor temp: idle processor 30c...............normal operation 34c..............extremely operation 44c

=============================================

it depends on the weather out side too.....................the temp of processor and computer may be a little lower by 1c in normal operation.

Id say dont worry about it...
44C load is good.

If it was more than 55C maybe you might need more complex cooling.

And YES post pics!
