other blue led mod for my pc-67

have you ever seen nightrider?
well this may sound gay or weird, but since i wont use the front usb on the pc-67 lian li case ill be getting soon, is there a way i could rig up some 12v blue led's to go left to right like the car did in nightrider?

I've seen a circuit board that can do that, but I can't remember where. Basically, you can plug 7 LED's into it and then you can program what sequence they light up and turn off.

yea, exactly... they had something like that at radioshack, but its not in the new catalog i got.. so i dont think they make them anymore.. errr
