Who can build my water Cooler?

I asked this question a long time ago and a few people responded but things happened and I lost the responses. Anyway, I am looking for someone to review my plans for a waterblock and give me a quote. If my idea was simple I would just buy a regular waterblock so it will be complex. If anyone can help please let me know- thank you.

how complex is your design?
Do you know what kind of tools are needed to make it?
You may just want to do something like a recycled heatsink(they work great,especially if its a copper heatsink)
I would probably be glad to do it, but you probably can get someone closer to you to make it(there must be a machinist in chicago) and can forget shipping.

There are always ways of making something, just be creative and you will find a way(i find that the most valuable tool in waterblock making is a drill press,do you have access to one?)

i have made waterblocks before and they are pretty simple to construct if you know what you are doing, if you need some help im here
